Haemonetics Corporation is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support Blood Management Centers and hospitals in Phoenix, AZ. You will install, maintain, and repair instrument systems, coordinating parts and upgrades while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or related degree with biotech knowledge.
• 5-8 years of relevant field service experience.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, repair and maintain instrument systems in territory.
• Coordinate parts, service, and system placements; drive upgrades and renewals.
• Provide on-site technical guidance and customer training.
• Act as liaison between field team and internal support; document activities in SFDC.
