Haemonetics is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support Blood Management Centers and hospitals onsite in the Phoenix area. You will install, maintain, and repair instrumentation, travel as needed, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely service.

This role requires a BS in engineering, 5–8 years of field service experience, and the ability to travel up to 75%. Haemonetics offers comprehensive compensation and benefits in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Formación

• BS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field, or applicable military experience.
• 5-8 years of relevant field service experience.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong technical writing abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Install, upgrade, repair and maintain instrument systems in defined territory.
• Provide onsite technical direction and guidance to customers.
• Coordinate new system placements and contract renewals.
• Manage service parts inventory and complete documentation in SFDC.
• Assist quality with data collection and reporting.
