Job summary

Haemonetics is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support Blood Management Centers and hospitals onsite within your territory. You will install, validate, calibrate, upgrade, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on biomedical instrument systems, with travel up to 75%.

You will coordinate spare parts, training, and on-site support, ensuring timely documentation in SFDC and contributing to quality improvements and customer satisfaction across the local territory.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related degree.
• 5–8 years of relevant field service experience.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Strong technical writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, repair, and maintain instrument systems in defined territory.
• Provide on-site technical assistance and training to customers.
• Coordinate new system placements and contract renewals.
• Manage service parts inventory and complete documentation in SFDC.
