Job summary

GE Aerospace in Fort Worth, TX seeks an Advanced Lead Engineer – Commercial Field Service to act as the on-site primary representative for customers and a single point of contact for internal stakeholders before, during, and after aircraft entry into service.

You will lead technical support for fleet operations, monitor reliability, influence maintenance planning, and deliver proactive recommendations, leveraging FLIGHT DECK principles and data analytics to drive improvements and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or technical degree required; 6+ years in airline operations or maintenance planning acceptable with HS diploma.
• Minimum 4 years of full-time experience in airline operations or maintenance planning, engineering, aviation propulsion, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and technical support for customers’ operations, inspections, maintenance and repair of assigned fleets.
• Deliver prompt, effective solutions to address customer issues and drive loyalty.
• Monitor reliability and on-wing performance, including engine removals, delays and cancellations; influence stakeholders.
• Influence maintenance planning to ensure stability of the engine fleet.
• Review maintenance actions for effectiveness and opportunities for improvement.
• Apply FLIGHT DECK principles to deliver continuous reliability improvements.
• Produce data analytics and timely reports on fleet status and trends for internal stakeholders.
• Provide proactive maintenance recommendations based on engine performance analytics.
