Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer to join our Customer Technical Services team. You will manage and resolve technical issues for PW2000/PW4000/GP7000 engines to ensure safety and uptime, interfacing with engineering, customers, and overhaul facilities.

This role is highly customer-facing, onsite, with ~5% travel domestically and internationally, and requires a strong engineering background and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 5 years of related engineering experience or an advanced degree with 3 years.
• Experience with jet engines and engine hardware is preferred.
• Ability to work directly with customers in a technical engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with airline customers and MRO shops to resolve technical issues on PW2000/ PW4000 / GP7000 engines.
• Triage urgent requests and coordinate timely solutions.
• Provide guidance for on-wing and off-wing troubleshooting and maintenance documentation.
