Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a senior role to act as the primary customer contact for maintenance and service activities across a designated region in the United States.

You will coordinate services, guide internal teams, and ensure timely and high-quality support for power generation products. The role requires 8–10 years of LM Aero derivative technical knowledge, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and a proven track record in program management and outage/warranty performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8–10 years of LM Aero derivative technical knowledge applicable to power generation and contract performance management/outage & warranty.
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical capabilities to guide programs and projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns across assigned region, product lines, or coverage area.
• Lead or influence program strategy, resource control, and policy considerations within the area of responsibility.
• Interpret business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services; stay informed on industry trends.
