GE Aerospace seeks an Advanced Lead Engineer - Commercial Field Service to act as the on-site primary contact for customers and a key liaison for internal teams before, during, and after entry into service of aircraft engines.

Responsibilities include leading technical support, driving reliability improvements, and shaping maintenance planning. The role emphasizes proactive analytics, stakeholder communication, and delivering durable, data-informed solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or technical degree from an accredited university or college (or 6 years of relevant experience in airline operations or maintenance planning).
• Minimum 4 years of full-time experience in airline operations, maintenance planning, engineering, or aviation propulsion.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and technical direction to customer operations, inspections, maintenance, and repair.
• Deliver prompt, effective solutions to customer issues and drive loyalty.
• Monitor reliability and on-wing performance; influence stakeholders on improvements.
• Influence maintenance planning to ensure fleet stability.
• Review maintenance actions for effectiveness and improvement opportunities.
• Apply FLIGHT DECK principles to drive continuous improvements.
• Produce data analytics and timely reports on fleet status and trends.
