Job summary

Arrow Electronics in Bloomington, Minnesota, seeks a Field Sales Representative II - Semiconductor to define key markets, plan strategies, and build strong relationships that accelerate solution selling across the territory.

You will collaborate with engineers and designers on board designs, lead quarterly business reviews with major customers, promote Arrow’s full lifecycle programs and supply chain services, and participate in the hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office, 2 days from home).

Qualifications

• 4 year degree and 2–4 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Define critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory, plan strategy and develop all key relationships to ensure strong foundation for solution selling.
• Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts who may be determining design opportunities and dealing with existing business challenges.
• Ensure customer satisfaction as it pertains to supply chain management and other value-added services.
• Interact with vendors and customers in a technical and engineering environment.
• Lead regular QBRs with major customers to unlock additional sales opportunities.
• Work with engineers and designers to specify, select and resolve electronic board designs with Arrow franchised suppliers.
• Promote and sell the value-add, supply chain, and full life cycle programs offered by Arrow.
• Proficiency in sales tracking systems, SalesForce.com, Oracle.
