Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering-related field.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible business leadership experience.
• Experience with semiconductor product portfolio.
• Prior supplier marketing success; global exposure preferred.
• Proven revenue growth through optimized sales and marketing plans.
• Strong relationship-building with partners and stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation and negotiating capabilities.
• Data-driven with strong analytics to drive results.
• Excellent communication; able to interact with C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Build regional relationships with key decision makers at assigned suppliers to grow sales and market share.
• Accountable for regional execution of the business and sales plan.
• Monitor and forecast performance within the region.
• Collaborate with Global Supplier Management to execute regional goals.
