Ideal candidates have 3–7 years of sales experience in electronics, strong Excel skills, and a proven ability to collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to deliver value-added services.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of related field sales experience in electronics or technical markets.
• Ability to develop strategic plans and promote Arrow offerings.
• Experience using sales tracking tools and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define markets and new customers in assigned territory.
• Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts and suppliers.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews (iQBR) and lead regular QBRs with major customers.
• Promote and sell Arrow value-add, supply chain, and life cycle programs.
