Rubrik is seeking a passionate Sales Operations lead to partner with Americas Field Sales to drive growth through data-driven planning and execution.

You will own forecasting cadence, pipeline governance, and revenue reporting while shaping GTM plans and equitable territory design across segments. This role requires strong analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and execution excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 5-7+ years in Sales Operations or similar role.
• Requires advanced communication skills and ability to interface with Sales VPs.
• Experience building GTM plans and territory carving in Americas Tier1 strategic accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Work with Americas sales teams to drive growth using analytics and ops.
• Partner with leadership to forecast, manage pipeline, and report on sales performance.
• Own weekly cadence to monitor segment health and identify blind spots.
• Drive accountability for key revenue KPIs across quarters.
• Bring analytics and problem-solving to large datasets to support revenue goals.
• Deliver QBRs to segment leaders on prior-quarter performance and progress.
• Identify improvement areas and manage ad-hoc projects for sales strategy/ops.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders on use-cases to drive top-line revenue.
• Support sales with quoting and account management in SFDC, CPQ, etc.
• Collaborate with Order Mgmt., Deal Desk, Finance, Product Ops for escalations.
