ACV Auctions is seeking a Sr. Sales Executive to drive new business growth and expand dealer partnerships across the assigned territory.

You will own the full cycle from prospecting to closing, building relationships face-to-face and delivering value that differentiates ACV in the automotive marketplace. The role requires a proven track record in high-volume field sales, deep knowledge of dealer channels, and the ability to travel within the territory to meet customers and participate in

Competenze

7+ years of B2B field sales experience.
5+ years selling within automotive industry.
Track record of closing deals with high-level decision makers.
CRM fluency (Salesforce preferred) to manage pipeline.
Strong analytic mindset using data to prioritize outreach.
Must be mobile and travel daily within territory.
Excellent relationship-building in person, by phone, and in writing.
Solid understanding of automotive retail/wholesale markets.

Mansioni

Build and maintain a prioritized prospect list of new franchises and independent rooftops in the territory.
Execute high-volume outreach through in-person visits, calls, and events to engage decision makers.
Qualify prospects using ACV's framework and assess opportunities.
Lead in-person discovery meetings to understand prospect challenges and current relationships.
Position ACV's offerings against dealer channels with data-driven value propositions.
Conduct live demos and educate dealers on ACV policies.
Introduce additional ACV product lines for full-service solutions.
Negotiate and close seller agreements, including pricing.
