Job summary

ACV Auctions is seeking a Sr. Sales Executive to drive dealer partnerships across a defined territory. You will own the full sales cycle from outreach to closing, building relationships with dealer principals and senior leaders in person, by phone, and at regional events.

This role values grit and persistence, with a focus on data-backed decisions and achieving revenue targets. Expect travel, face-to-face engagements, and a fast-paced, collaborative environment at ACV.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B field sales experience.
• 5+ years selling within the automotive industry.
• Proven track record of closing deals with senior decision makers.
• CRM fluency (Salesforce) to manage pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a prioritized prospect list within the assigned territory.
• Conduct high-volume outreach through in-person visits and calls to develop relationships with decision makers.
• Qualify prospects using ACV's framework and assess opportunities and key stakeholders.
• Lead in-person discovery meetings to understand prospect workflows and challenges.
• Position ACV products against dealer channels with a data-driven value proposition.
• Demonstrate platform and educate dealers on policies and usage.
