Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or account management experience managing named accounts, with a proven track record of driving account expansion, contract renewals, and cross-sell opportunities preferably within financial services or banking industry.
• Expertise in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Proficient in handling complex and high-stakes negotiations.
• Skilled in managing and growing high-value customer relationships.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret and leverage sales data.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior sales team members.
