Performance Food Group is looking for a Field Executive Administrative Assistant to support our Sales leadership and ensure efficient operations within the sales function. The role requires clerical excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive approach to driving customer satisfaction.

The position handles order entry, reporting, and scheduling in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to coordinate initiatives and prepare performance metrics for leadership review.

Formación

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, order entry, administrative support, or related environment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working directly with customers via phone and email.

Responsabilidades

• Provides Administrative Support to the Sales Support Manager and other leaders as assigned.
• Supports customer account maintenance, including account updates and account set up.
• Coordinates with cross functional departments to facilitate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Assists in monitoring order accuracy and ensuring timely resolution of order-related issues.
• Supports process improvement initiatives and departmental projects.
• Prepares and distributes department reports, metrics, and performance tracking documents.
• Coordinates meeting, schedules and department communications.
• Prepares meeting agendas, presentation and meeting notes.
• Maintains confidential files and business records including customer records.
• Cross trains in all CSR functions and covers as needed.
• Assists with team events, training coordination and onboarding activities.
