Responsibilities

• Scheduling and coordinating meetings, events, and special projects.
• Assisting in the preparation of presentations, reports, and communications.
• Answering phones and directing calls to appropriate recipients.
• Monitoring and coordinating schedules.
• Greeting visitors and ensuring all guests check in and out.
• Typing various letters, reports, and forms.
• Providing support with data entry such as invoices, orders, and other reports.
• Organizing documents, sending out mail and packages, filing, and processing received mail.
• Assisting with management projects, and filling in as support when needed within the office.
• Monitoring supplies, and assisting in the ordering processes as needed.
• Running errands when needed.
