Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Input customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Input customer credits and ensure correct invoicing details.
• Assist customers with orders and resolve problems professionally.
• Communicate with customers, vendors and coworkers to answer questions.
• Perform administrative tasks such as checking faxes and mail daily.
• Attend training and customer service meetings.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
