Responsibilities include inputting orders, credits, and invoicing data, assisting customers with orders, and supporting administrative tasks. Training and teamwork are essential components of this position.

Qualifications

• Required education: high school diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months of customer service, call center, or related experience.
• Experience in foodservice industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Input customer orders and credits accurately and timely.
• Process order and invoicing information efficiently.
• Assist customers with orders and problems and contact vendors for samples.
• Provide professional assistance when interacting with the public, customers, vendors and co-workers.
• Perform administrative duties such as checking faxes and mail daily and writing sample requests.
• Attend training and Customer Service meetings.
