Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Technology or related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in construction administration, observation, or inspection.
• Experience serving in senior roles such as Resident Project Representative or Owner's Representative.
• Knowledge of EJCDC contract documents and reading engineering plans.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Engineer's on-site representative throughout construction activities.
• Monitor progress for conformance with plans, permits, and contract requirements.
• Maintain communication with project management regarding status, risks, and field conditions.
• Provide observations and recommendations on progress and compliance.
• Mentor junior staff and promote consistency in field documentation.
• Coordinate with Owners, Contractors, and regulatory agencies.
