Sunrun Inc. in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Field Performance Technician to manage service and warranty work within the Field Service/O&M team. You will organize, schedule, and complete field tasks, coordinate with the Branch Manager, Foreman, and scheduling team, and ensure safe, quality installations and repairs on solar and battery systems.

Required 1–3 years in field construction or solar, HS diploma, and valid driver’s license. PV experience desired.

Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of previous field construction or solar experience required
• PV design or PV electrical experience is preferred
• High School diploma is required

Responsibilities

• Organize, lead, and maintain the warranty and service schedule
• Work with the Electrical Foreman and Branch Manager to allocate labor resources
• Assist with training and development for Field Service Technicians
• Lead regular meetings to align and train the local field service team
• Support onboarding and training of new members of the field performance team
• Exceed defined goals for field performance KPIs such as turnaround time and dispatches
