Job summary

Remarcable, the central procurement platform for specialty trade contractors, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Field & Partner. You’ll architect joint programs with manufacturers, distributors, and associations, while scaling field events to drive demand and ARR.

You’ll partner with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and Sales to align campaigns, track ROI, and enable partners with compelling assets. Travel 50–70% and lead regional initiatives in major markets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in B2B marketing with at least 3 in partner, channel, or field marketing.
• Willingness to travel 50–70% and work flexible hours around field events.
• Planning and execution: hands-on with strategic co-marketing and field activation.
• Budget ownership and ROI tracking across partner programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute joint go-to-market programs with manufacturers, distributors, and associations.
• Build annual co-marketing plans with campaign strategy, budget details, and ROI metrics.
• Launch integrated campaigns with ERP and tech partners to drive referral leads.
• Create enablement toolkits to activate partner sellers (presentations, case studies, assets).
• Track partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline using Salesforce dashboards.
• Manage co-branded collateral, partner comms, and press releases with partners.
• Host and sponsor local contractor events in partnership with business development.
• Develop regional marketing programs (roadshows, lunch-and-learns) to drive adoption.
• Create repeatable field activation playbooks and scale them across regions.
• Coordinate field events with Events Manager and partner teams.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on messaging for partner audiences.
• Align campaigns with Demand Gen and Sales; measure ROI and pipeline impact.
• Represent partner ecosystem in go-to-market planning.
