Remarcable, the central procurement platform for specialty trade contractors, seeks a Senior Marketing Manager, Field & Partner, to build scalable partner and field programs that drive pipeline and ARR.

This role blends strategy and hands-on execution: co-create joint GTM plans with manufacturers and distributors, lead regional events, and align with product, demand generation, and sales to accelerate growth.

Formación

• 6+ years in B2B marketing with at least 3 in partner/channel/field marketing.
• Willingness to travel 50-70% and work flexible hours around field event schedules.
• Strong planning and execution skills; hands-on operator balancing strategic & tactical work.
• Budget ownership: experience managing marketing budgets > $250K with ROI tracking.
• Experience tracking ROI for partner and field marketing programs.
• Proven ability to develop joint go-to-market programs that drive measurable pipeline.
• Excellent relationship-building with internal teams and external partners.
• Strong project management and event execution skills.
• Proficient with CRM & marketing automation tools; Salesforce & HubSpot; open to leveraging AI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute joint go-to-market programs with manufacturers, distributors, and associations.
• Build annual co-marketing plans with budget details and ROI metrics.
• Launch integrated campaigns with ERP partners to drive referral leads.
• Create enablement toolkits to activate partner sellers.
• Track and report partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline using Salesforce dashboards.
• Create and manage co-branded collateral, partner comms, and press announcements with partners.
• Host and sponsor local contractor events with field marketing.
• Build regional marketing programs (roadshows, lunch-and-learns) to drive awareness and adoption.
• Develop repeatable playbooks for field activations scalable across regions.
• Coordinate field event logistics with Events Manager.
