Qualifications

• Willingness to travel 50–70% and adapt to field event schedules.
• Ability to plan and execute joint co-marketing strategies.
• Experience managing marketing budgets over $250K.
• Proven ROI tracking for partner and field programs.
• Strong relationship-building with internal teams and external partners.
• Excellent project management and event execution skills.
• Proficient in Salesforce and HubSpot; comfortable leveraging AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute joint go-to-market programs with manufacturers, distributors, and associations.
• Build co-marketing plans with budgets and ROI metrics.
• Launch integrated campaigns with ERP partners to drive referrals.
• Create enablement toolkits for partner sellers.
• Track partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline using dashboards.
• Coordinate local contractor events and field activations.
• Partner with distributors and associations to host events.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Demand Gen on messaging and ROI.
