Remarcable, Inc. is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Field and Partner, to build and scale programs that drive demand and revenue through our partner ecosystem and field marketing initiatives.

You will own strategic and hands-on execution, coordinating with manufacturers, distributors, and associations to accelerate growth. The role requires leading co-branded campaigns, enabling partner sellers, and tracking ROI across pipeline.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 3 in partner, channel, or field marketing.
• Willingness to travel 50-70% and work flexible hours due to field events.
• Hands-on operator with both strategic planning and tactical field execution.
• Budget ownership overseeing marketing budgets over $250K with ROI tracking.
• Experience tracking ROI for partner and field marketing programs.
• Proven ability to develop joint go-to-market programs that drive measurable pipeline.
• Builder and operator who creates process where none exists.
• Excellent relationship-building with internal teams and external partners.
• Strong project management and event execution skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and HubSpot; openness to AI-enabled optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute joint go-to-market programs with manufacturers, distributors, and associations.
• Build annual co-marketing plans with campaign strategy, budgets, and ROI metrics.
• Launch integrated campaigns with ERP technology partners to drive referral leads.
• Create enablement toolkits (presentations, case studies, digital assets) for partner sellers.
• Track and report partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline using CRM dashboards.
• Create and manage co-branded collateral, partner comms, and press announcements with partners.
• Host and sponsor local contractor events in partnership with distributors and associations.
• Build regional marketing programs (roadshows, lunch-and-learns) to drive awareness and adoption.
• Develop repeatable field activation playbooks for scalable execution.
• Manage field event logistics and partner coordination with Events Manager.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on messaging for partner audiences.
• Align campaigns with Demand Gen and Sales to measure ROI.
• Advocate for the partner ecosystem in go-to-market planning.
