Remarcable, Inc. is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Field & Partner to design and scale demand programs with partners and field events across the contractor ecosystem.

You will develop co-marketing plans, enable partner sellers, and drive joint go-to-market strategies that boost pipeline and ARR. The role blends strategy and hands-on execution—from co-branded campaigns with manufacturers and distributors to regional roadshows and contractor roundtables.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in B2B marketing (at least 3 in partner, channel, or field marketing).
• Willingness to travel 50-70% and work flexible hours around field event schedules.
• Planning & Execution: hands-on with strategic planning and tactical field execution.
• Budget Ownership: managed marketing budgets exceeding $250K with ROI tracking.
• Experience tracking ROI for partner and field marketing programs.
• Proven ability to develop joint go-to-market programs that drive measurable pipeline.
• Builder and operator in ambiguity with process creation where none exists.
• Excellent relationship-building with internal teams and external partners.
• Strong project management and event execution skills.
• Proficient with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot); open to AI-enabled optimization.

Responsibilities

• Partner Marketing: Develop and execute joint go-to-market programs with manufacturers, distributors, and associations.
• Build annual co-marketing plans with strategy, budget, and ROI metrics.
• Launch integrated campaigns with ERP partners to drive referral leads.
• Create enablement toolkits to activate partner sellers.
• Track and report partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline using dashboards.
• Create and manage co-branded collateral, partner comms, and press releases.
