Remarcable, Inc. is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Field & Partner to build and scale partner and field programs that drive demand and ARR. You will lead joint GTM strategies with manufacturers, distributors, and associations, and own regional field activations across multiple markets.

The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, requiring travel 50-70% and strong collaboration with product, demand gen, and sales to maximize pipeline impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in B2B marketing (at least 3 in partner, channel, or field marketing).
• Willingness to travel 50-70% and work flexible hours around field event schedules.
• Planning & Execution: hands-on with strategic and tactical work.
• Budget ownership: budgets exceeding $250K with ROI tracking.
• Experience tracking ROI for partner and field programs.
• Proven ability to develop joint go-to-market programs driving pipeline.
• Builder and operator thriving in ambiguity with process creation.
• Excellent relationship-building with internal teams and external partners.
• Strong project management and event execution skills.
• Proficient with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Preference for candidates in St. Louis, Chicago, Dallas, Austin, Omaha or midwest hubs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute joint go-to-market programs with manufacturers, distributors, and associations.
• Build annual co-marketing plans with campaign strategy, budgets, and ROI metrics.
• Launch integrated campaigns with ERP partners to drive referral leads.
• Create enablement toolkits to activate partner sellers.
• Track and report partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
• Create and manage co-branded collateral, partner comms, and press releases.
• Host or sponsor local contractor events with distributors, manufacturers, and associations.
• Build regional marketing programs to drive awareness and adoption.
• Develop repeatable playbooks for field activations; scale when needed.
• Coordinate field event logistics and follow-ups with Events Manager.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on partner-relevant messaging and launches.
• Align campaigns with Demand Gen and Sales; measure ROI.
