Remarcable, Inc. is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Field & Partner to build and scale programs that drive demand and revenue through our partner ecosystem and field marketing activities.

You will develop joint go-to-market plans, manage co-branding with manufacturers and distributors, and report on pipeline and ROI while traveling to events. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-growing construction tech platform.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in B2B marketing (at least 3 in partner, channel, or field marketing).
• Willingness to travel 50-70% and work flexible hours around field event schedules.
• Planning & Execution: A hands-on operator who excels at both strategic planning and tactical field execution.
• Budget Ownership: Proven track record managing marketing budgets exceeding $250K with clear ROI tracking.
• Experience tracking ROI for partner and field marketing programs.
• Proven ability to develop joint go-to-market programs that drive measurable pipeline.
• Builder and operator that thrives in ambiguity and creates process where none exists.
• Excellent relationship-builder with internal teams and external partners.
• Strong project management and event execution skills.
• Proficient with CRM and marketing automation tools, specifically Salesforce and HubSpot; willingness to leverage AI tools.

Aufgaben

• Partner Marketing: Develop and execute joint go-to-market programs with manufacturers, distributors, and associations.
• Build annual co-marketing plans with campaign strategy, budget details, and ROI metrics.
• Launch integrated campaigns with ERP partners to drive referral leads.
• Create enablement toolkits to activate partner sellers.
• Track partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline using Salesforce dashboards.
• Create and manage co-branded collateral, partner comms, and press releases.
• Field Marketing: Host/sponsor local contractor events with distributors, manufacturers, and associations.
• Build regional marketing programs (roadshows, lunch-and-learns) to drive awareness and adoption.
• Develop repeatable playbooks for field activations that can be scaled.
• Manage field event logistics, partner coordination, and follow-up with Events Manager.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Product Marketing on messaging and launches for partner audiences.
• Work with Demand Gen and Sales to align campaigns, track leads, and measure ROI.
• Serve as voice of partner ecosystem in go-to-market planning.
