Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years proven field experience in commercial HVAC.
• Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage all repair quotes submitted by service providers.
• Conduct strategic account review meetings with clients on total cost of ownership.
• Provide technical support for the department.
• Evaluate & resolve technical issues.
• Provide technical assistance for customers.
• Resolve billing problems of a technical nature.
• Help customer service with technical problems.
