You will review quotes, support National Accounts, and provide technical and billing assistance while guiding dispatch and service teams.

The role demands 6+ years in HVAC with leadership experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Word/Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum experience: 6+ years in HVAC field and management.
• 5+ years as HVAC service manager or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage repair quotes submitted by service providers.
• Conduct strategic account review meetings with clients on total cost of ownership.
• Provide technical support for the department and customers.
• Resolve billing problems of a technical nature.
• Assist dispatch with technical problems and customer service.
• Attend regular, reliable attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
