Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Production Manager to oversee field technicians installing, maintaining, and servicing residential HVAC equipment. You will manage staffing, scheduling, and quality control under the Branch Manager.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, safety compliance, and top-notch customer service, with duties spanning onboarding, performance reviews, permits, and coordinating with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth installs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; HVAC training with NATE preferred.
• Five years in servicing or installing residential HVAC equipment.
• Valid licensing or certification as required by the local laws for the area.
• Proven leadership and ability to train others in technical skills.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints; diagnose electrical, refrigerant, and duct issues.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and communicate install availability with field teams.
• Coordinate production schedule to maximize productivity and meet customer needs.
• Create job folders to prepare technicians and crews for upcoming installs.
• Process job folders after install; enter PO’s, serial numbers, and ensure on-site paperwork.
• Collect, correct and submit timesheets; timestamp tickets in Stars.
• Verify permits and file them accordingly.
