Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an HVAC Supervisor to oversee technicians and helpers installing, maintaining, and servicing residential and light commercial systems in Hurricane, UT. You will manage staffing, coach employees, and ensure safety compliance under the General Manager's direction.

You will coordinate scheduling, lead training sessions, and provide technical guidance while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high workmanship standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 5+ years of experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to train others in technical skills and customer service.
• Must have valid licensing or certification as required for location; EPA and safety certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign technicians and crews to maximize productivity.
• Conduct regular meetings and training on performance, safety, and company products.
• Lead field staff and ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Assist technicians with complex tasks and perform quality-control reviews of completed work.
• Represent the company professionally and manage company resources and inventory.
