Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Manager, Field Operations to lead the Field Management team and drive the success of installation and service projects. You will define objectives, priorities and deadlines and coordinate with supervisors and crews to meet goals.

You will supervise field technicians, monitor performance and training needs, and ensure consistent application of processes across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Journeyman or Master License required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed.
• Must have 6 years or more of Plumbing / HVAC Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Install / Service / Electrical Managers and respective crews.
• Coordinate scheduling with Commercial Sales, RSCs, and Managers to ensure availability.
• Manage production schedule with I.C. and I.M. to maximize productivity.
• Verify permits are pulled and filed appropriately.
• Track technician performance and reward achievements.
• Oversee day-to-day field operations of installation jobs.
• Ensure field technicians complete assigned tasks.
• Provide training and process improvements for field staff.
