Qualifications

• 8+ years of analytics, sales reporting or commercial operations experience in life sciences.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field; MBA desirable.
• Proven ability to translate analyses into executive-level presentations.
• Strong expertise with MS Office, Google Suite, SQL, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• CRM proficiency with Salesforce; Alteryx and Python desirable for analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead tracking, analysis, and reporting of sales results and KPIs.
• Develop and manage sales effectiveness reporting to reveal performance insights.
• Leverage AI and data insights to identify growth opportunities for business expansion.
• Design, administer, and oversee payouts for complex sales compensation plans.
• Build and manage sales territories to optimize market coverage and productivity.
• Right-size sales opportunities to improve workflows and field efficiency.
• Manage a high-performing team including Business Analysts and Associates.
• Partner with commercial leadership on role design and headcount management.
• Align sales planning with overall commercial objectives.
• Oversee CRM support personnel and ensure alignment with field needs.
• Escalate CRM issues and establish best practices for CRM training and data integrity.
