Job summary

BridgeBio Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Operations in the San Francisco area to partner with Commercial leadership. You will own field analytics, CRM systems, incentive compensation, and cross-functional processes to optimize performance.

A hybrid in-office arrangement and strong stakeholder management are essential. The role requires 5+ years in sales operations within pharma/biotech, familiarity with Veeva and PowerBI, and the ability to deliver actionable insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive sales operations experience in pharma/biotech with independent ownership of operational functions.
• Ability to identify operational needs, design improvements, and drive outcomes across responsibilities.
• Senior-level experience with field operations, commercial fund management, CRM administration and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Incentive Compensation administration including quota tracking and payout accuracy.
• Manage field operations, IT escalations, and cross-functional communications with leadership.
• Optimize field alignments, roster management and sales allocations with data accuracy.
• Oversee Sales Operations functions: Veeva CRM, PowerBI dashboards, fleet reimbursement, credentialing, and data governance.
• Lead executive reporting cycles and surface trends to sales leadership.
• Maintain relationships with Commercial IT, Finance, Analytics, and external vendors; drive CRM/MDM improvements.
