Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Life Sciences, MBA/MS preferred.
• 8+ years in commercial analytics or commercial operations in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• Experience supporting field sales organizations.
• Hands-on with pharmaceutical commercial systems and data: CRM (Veeva preferred) and field reporting tools.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with BI tools; able to lead analytics work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day operational partner to RayzeBio field leadership, supporting multiple commercial teams.
• Anticipate operational needs of a growing field organization and build processes and cadences to meet them.
• Create roadmaps for expanded teams to support future approvals across products/indications.
• Own operation of incentive compensation across multiple field teams; coordinate governance and documentation.
• Configure, maintain CRM and field tools; drive reporting platforms and dashboards.
