Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 7+ years in pharmaceutical Commercial Operations, Field Operations, or related functions.
- Experience with segmentation, targeting, call plan development, territory alignment, field reporting, launch readiness.
- Experience managing external vendors and using BI tools like Power BI.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary Field Operations partner across commercial and medical field teams and launches.
- Lead segmentation, targeting, call plan design and territory alignment.
- Develop field dashboards and reports with Power BI to monitor KPIs.
- Enable field teams through tools like Sales Compass and training.
- Coordinate vendor engagement and cross-functional collaboration to deliver launch readiness.
