Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Field Coordinator in Cedar Rapids, IA to lead field teams and support project delivery from planning through execution.

You will oversee staffing, training, safety, and performance, while coordinating with project teams to meet schedules and budgets. The role requires 5–10 years of senior supervision experience, strong knowledge of MEP systems, and OSHA 30 or higher safety training.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of senior superintendent experience delivering high‑complexity projects.
• Direct experience with complex MEP installations, high‑voltage distribution, central cooling, and commissioning.
• Thorough knowledge of building projects and field operations.
• Understanding of BAS, UPS, generators, life-safety controls.
• OSHA 30‑hour certification or equivalent safety training.
• Completed all required Field Coordinator training programs (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Field Operations in hiring staff and evaluating performance.
• Train team in estimating, scheduling, and construction management techniques.
• Delegate responsibilities and monitor progress across the team.
• Ensure safety policies are implemented and audits reviewed with leadership.
• Coordinate scheduling, budgeting, and project recovery efforts with the project team.
• Maintain client relations, support proposals, and promote the company to clients.
