Qualifications

• Experience leading field teams on construction projects.
• Ability to train staff in estimating, scheduling and construction management.
• Strong people management, evaluation and compensation recommendations.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project performance and hold team accountable for results.
• Assist VP of Field Operations in hiring and evaluations.
• Train team in estimating, scheduling and construction management.
• Manage project cost controls, schedules and budgeting with stakeholders.
• Ensure proper use of Ryan Tools and standardized methods.
• Prepare monthly project status reports for leadership.
• Support client presentations and ongoing relationship building.
• Close out projects with punch lists and complete documentation.
