• 5+ years in process management and continuous improvement.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own high-complexity clinical business processes across their lifecycle.
• Establish and maintain an end-to-end governance model with global reach.
• Monitor KPIs, conduct reviews, and mitigate risks.
• Translate regulatory needs into process requirements with process excellence partners.
• Lead cross-functional and GBO teams to align priorities and adoption plans.
• Coordinate SME networks and embed digital/AI initiatives where relevant.
• Collaborate with system owners to ensure process-to-system alignment.
