Job summary

AbbVie in the United States is seeking a Senior Associate, Process Excellence to help manage commercial programs and service contracts within oncology. You will work closely with the U.S.

Oncology Brand, Legal, OEC, Field Ops, Finance, and IT to execute requests and improve workflows. The role focuses on day-to-day operations, data tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficient processes and compliance with policies across AbbVie Oncology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or applicable work experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Highly self-motivated, detailed and results-oriented; able to manage own schedule, work independently.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operational activities and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate workflows, processes and administrative activities.
• Track, compile, and maintain operational data, reports, and records.
• Identify and elevate issues, gaps, or delays affecting operational performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support business needs.
• Assist with process improvements to increase efficiency and consistency.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, standards, and regulations.
• Support meeting preparation, documentation and follow-up actions.
• Help monitor metrics and provide updates to leadership.
• Contribute to initiatives that improve productivity, quality, and customer service.
