Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a Field Technician to join our team in Forsyth, GA, on client-site duties. You will perform Windows troubleshooting, hardware maintenance, and Smarthand support, ensuring timely delivery per managed client procedures.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in End user support-Desktop support-ITSM.
• 1+ years’ experience in Desktop support with standard apps and custom apps.
• 1+ years’ experience in Hardware including printers, video conf and devices.
• 1+ years’ experience in on-site Field Services in an SLA environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, moves, adds, changes, decommissions, refresh hardware and software.
• Provide Smarthand and basic security/VDI support per process.
• Coordinate with client end users on availability and procedures.
• Meet SLAs and update incidents/requests in the system of record.
• Escalate issues to Field Services Supervisor as needed.
• Continuously improve technical skills and share knowledge.
