Responsibilities

• On-site integration of company and multi-vendor systems solutions, including hardware, software and networking.
• Install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot and repair desktops, notebooks, printers, and peripherals, on-site or remotely.
• Serve as liaison with client on administrative and technical matters; clarify fault ownership.
• Perform troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, basic deployment and repair on desktops/notebooks/printers.
• Identify issues impacting end user experience and take corrective action.
• Travel domestically or internationally as required.

NTT DATA Services currently seeks a "Field Tech Senior Associate" to join our team in "Berea, KY".

Role Responsibilities

Responsible for the on‑site integration of company and multi‑vendor systems solutions, which may include hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems. On‑site and/or remote installation, implementation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting and/or repair of desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals. Serves as company liaison with client on administrative and technical matters. Interprets clients' needs and clarifies if the responsibility for problem resolution falls to sales personnel, client support representatives or engineers.

• Their work may require discretion and independent judgment for non‑routine matters. However, the primary focus of work activity is predominately routine.
• They may make policy recommendations to their managers and be an escalation point for less experienced team members.
• Performs troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, basic deployment, and repair on desktops / notebooks / printers.
• Identifies potential issues that could adversely impact end user experience and takes corrective action.

The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($21.70/hour). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
