Job summary

Otis Elevator Company is seeking an Associate Regional Field Operations Manager to lead and support field operations across the Midwest. You willDirect service and repair teams, ensure resource allocation, and uphold safety and quality standards for customers.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years elevator-industry experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic team environment; travel up to 50% is expected within the OA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; 5+ years elevator industry experience required.
• Management experience required.
• Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers.
• Self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities.
• Strong leadership skills, goal-oriented, and strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-going training, development, and leadership to the service and repair colleagues.
• Responsible for the quality of all service and repair field operations for the operating area; inclusive of ensuring we have the appropriate allocation of resources to meet our customers needs.
• Investigate and resolve all critical customer issues.
• Advocate for usage of digital tools and applications for our service colleagues.
• Lead process workshops and ensure strict adherence to service processes.
• Monitor field tests as well as first inspection and data reports.
• Consult with service managers regarding problems encountered with service performance.
• Assess improvement opportunity patterns and determine solutions to ensure service projects are completed to satisfaction and within reasonable timeframe.
