Job summary

• 5+ years of elevator technical experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers.

• Strong leadership, time management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Otis and non-Otis software.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment failures and guide corrective actions.
• Provide field training and site guidance to personnel.
• Improve service quality and monitor installation and modernization reports.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to explain issues.
• Lead and mentor field teams; travel required.
