Otis Elevator Company is seeking an Associate Regional Field Operations Manager to direct and support field operations in the Midwest. You will lead and train service and repair teams, ensure quality, and drive digital tool adoption across the region.

Required 5+ years in the elevator industry with management experience; strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple projects in a team-driven environment are essential. Travel up to 50% is expected.

• 5+ years elevator industry experience required.
• Management experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external customers.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable in a technical environment using Microsoft-based software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ongoing training and leadership to service and repair colleagues.
• Oversee quality of field operations and allocate resources to meet customer needs.
• Investigate and resolve critical customer issues.
• Advocate for digital tools and applications for service colleagues.
• Lead service process workshops and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Monitor field tests, inspections, and data reports.
• Consult with service managers on performance issues.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement timely solutions.
