You will manage field staff, optimize routes, allocate resources, and provide technical support to ensure top-tier service for customers in your territory.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years in a team-based environment, and a passion for safety and customer service. Extensive travel within the territory is expected; relocation is not required.

Qualifications

• High school education required; BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience (at least 5 years).
• Experience working with a team of technicians is required.
• Leadership experience is required.
• Elevator industry experience is desired, but not required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment.
• Strong computer and technology skills, business acumen and customer service passion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety and quality of service in your territory.
• Plan and manage service field activities to meet customer needs and standards.
• Allocate resources such as manpower and materials efficiently.
• Conduct field education and training for field staff.
• Improve efficiencies and manage route schedules and callbacks.
• Provide technical support to field staff and escalate when needed.
• Authorize repair orders and track completion.
• Lead change toward better efficiency and communication.
