Job summary

Fres-co System USA, Inc. in Delta, Utah, invites applications for a Senior Field Engineer. You will assist senior superintendents, manage field activities, and ensure compliance with QA/QC and safety programs on a multi-million dollar project.

You bring a four-year degree in construction/engineering or related field and 2–5 years of field experience, plus proficiency with MS Project or similar tools. This role requires on-site work.

Qualifications

• Completion of a four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent.
• 2–5 years minimum of relevant project field experience.
• Proficiency in MS Project or Scheduling Software (P6) and Project Management Software such as CMiC, PlanGrid, Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Project Supervisors in field activities and coordination.
• Help prepare and maintain construction schedules.
• Support site safety programs and inspections.
• Coordinate material deliveries and QA/QC tasks.
• Maintain project documents and RFI processes.
