Job summary

Fres-co System USA, Inc. in Delta, Utah seeks an Assistant Project Superintendent to support the Senior Project Superintendent and the project team on site.

You’ll help manage field activities, assist with schedules, safety programs, and coordination of subcontractors to keep projects on track and within budget. This role requires a four-year degree or equivalent field experience, proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook, basic project scheduling software (MS Project/P6), OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR,

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field or 3–5 years field experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Basic familiarity with MS Project or P6 Scheduling Software and PM software (Prolog, Viewpoint, CMiC).
• Knowledge of tools like Bluebeam, PlanGrid, Safety Mojo, BIM 360 Glue.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Project Superintendent on field activities and scheduling.
• Maintain safety programs and coordinate material procurement/deliveries.
• Support documentation, inspections, and subcontractor coordination on site.
• Assist in developing and maintaining look-ahead schedules and project records.
• Participate in weekly meetings and on-site safety trainings.

Education

Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field
