The Field Engineering team supports the Presales Solution Engineering, Product and Marketing teams to enable close business opportunities and scale adoption. This role focuses on designing and delivering technical content, demos, and workshops for customers and community.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical experience in relevant roles.
• Experience in presales or field engineering is a plus.
• Familiarity with Observability technologies.
• Ability to design technical demos and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate the needs of the Solutions Engineering Team.
• Design, develop, and deliver technical presentations and white papers.
• Create and deliver training materials, product demonstrations and workshops to customers and community.
• Partner with Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams.
• Become a SME on Grafana products to assist the field with deep-dive technical meetings, POVs, blogs, and webinars.
