Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in engineering from an ABET-accredited program or equivalent.
• Professional Engineer license is required.
• 5–8 years of related construction/project experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as Resident Engineer and manage 3+ CM/CI staff.
• Chair project meetings and prepare minutes.
• Inspect and supervise construction per contract documents.
• Coordinate with client to minimize public disruption.
• Maintain all project records including daily quantities.
• Manage submittals and RFIs for review.
• Prepare final punch list and project closeout.
• Provide daily reports with labor, equipment, and quantities.
• Review payments and recommend progress payments.
